Sados:
Sados are basically like the Sado Yasutora character in Bleach (hence why they're called Sados) and so they have abilities similar to him. Their main focus is in melee attacks along with their powerful arm blasts, so it's definately good to have a lot of strength and reiatsu.
This is actually a pretty fun class (for me at least XD) 'cause as a Sado you can pretty much be the king of melee if you do things right (at least, it seems that way) as well as getting some pretty strong blasts to help against ranged opponents.
Sados are literally like miniature tanks. They can be quite durable with the right stats and pack a punch at the same time once your stats are high enough and you get both arms.
Newbie Tips:
So, probably first off the best thing to do would be working on strength first until you're able to reiatsu train. After that, reiatsu train until you can see hollows. Then you'll probably wanna get your stamina up by at least 50 levels-worth, and then my suggestion if you want to be able to survive/fight the weak hollows is work up str some more until you can kill them in a few hits.
I'd suggest at least 5k reiatsu (when you can see your reiatsu release aura), just because the arms/blasts love to eat away at your reiatsu.
Also, don't forget to keep training up strength, otherwise those strength multipliers you get from your arm(s) won't do too much. And blasts can be very powerful with enough reiatsu.
Skill Point Stuff
The first skill tree you should invest points into would be Strength (no brainer). This'll increase your strength multiplier from your arm(s) by like... .3% with all three points (I think).
For the other skill tree probably go with ability /shrug, I'm not to the point yet where I can put points into a second tree.
Sides (in battles and such)
Honestly, as a sado you can go whatever side you want (though I guess anyone can be on a side if they RP it well enough and the leader(s) allow it). You can join up with the arrancar, shinigami, etc. If enough players were Sados you could create your own team of Sados against everyone else if you really wanted to, or like you could join an earth force with quincies and inoues and kidouless and whatnot.
Sado Techniques
Right Arm of the Giant (first form)
Requirements: level 150, cert 1, and 1.3k rei so you can see Hollows and such.
The first form gives a decent strength boost (don't know exact numbers, but I'd guess something like 1.4-1.6 x base strength?), and what's cool is you get to choose the color of your arm. Generally (in my case at least) there's a stripe that goes along the arm which is a lighter color of the color that you chose. If you have a lower amount of rei it'll eat it up pretty fast.
In order to get Cert 1 you'll most likely have to roleplay with either the Urahara figure or the Quincy Elder after getting 1.3k rei (being able to see hollows and whatnot).
Arm blast.
Requirements: Level 200 and Right arm.
Deals pretty decent damage, and it's a one tile wide attack. Kinda similar to a Shinigami's Shakkahou (or maybe Soukatsui power-wise? Dunno) At first this thing makes you fatigued pretty fast, but after mastering it you get less fatigue per blast.
Reiatsu release.
Requirements: Level 350 and 2000 reiatsu.
This is probably what you should get before even trying to master the blast. It basically regenerates your reiatsu while increasing your fatigue. Very helpful when trying to master blasts and whatnot.
At 5000 Reiatsu you'll be able to see the aura given off by rei release, and with RP cert 2 you can change the aura's color.
Reiatsu Sense
Requirement: Level 500
Not really useful, basically just click on someone and you'll be able to see what their reiatsu is compared to yours (higher/lower mainly). Just so people don't get totally confused, the message about the results of the rei sense are found ABOVE your "combat log" (The place where "So and so has logged in/out!" and training stuff appears) in a little box.
Reiatsu Surpress
Requirements: RP cert 2 and level 500-750 (?)
This thing really doesn't do much, it just eats up your reiatsu. I guess it could be handy for some sort of RP thing /shrug.
Right Arm of the Giant Upgrade (Second form) & El Directo
Requirements: Level 900 and Mastery of first Blast.
You get El Directo at the same time you get the upgraded arm, so that's why I just bunched them both together. The arm looks similar to Sado's new arm in the anime, and it's basically the color you chose originally and then black "veins" (at least for mine). I think its strength multiplier is around 1.6-1.8. Also, I think it eats up a bit more reiatsu per second or w/e compared to the first form.
El Directo is really powerful and I believe is two tiles wide? When fired it even does the little flickering reiatsu thingy at the shoulder's tip-piece. It does have to be mastered though, which can take awhile, and it CANNOT hit anything at point blank range (right in front of you) unlike the normal arm blast (you still can use that one with the upgraded arm).
Del Diablo (Left Arm) & Del Gigante's True Form (Right Arm Shield)
Requirements: Level 1300 and RP Cert 2
Ups strength even more, I think maybe 2.0x? The left arm is similar to how the upgraded right arm is in looks/coloring and such, and the right arm's got the shield piece added to it. You can still fire El Directo/Blast, and you can't activate the left arm without activating the right arm first. If you deactivate either arm they both are deactivated. Seems to eat up maybe 1.5-2x as much rei as having just the right arm, though if you cap reiatsu fully it lasts quite a long time.
With some small tests, figured out that with the left arm and right arm out you do about twice the normal melee damage compared to just having the right arm out. Also, with the arms out you don't take much damage at all (from melee at least... komamura bankai goes right through it though).
Another thing is unlike shini's bankai and arrancar's shikai, you don't need momentum for the left arm. This can give an early advantage somewhat, especially when la muerte gets in.
