Starting off:
To become a hollow:
As a human, first, you need to be able to Reiatsu train so train your Strength and Stamina(By duel sparring) for a while until it lets you Rei Train, then Rei train until you have 1300 or more Reiryoku/Reiatsu.
At that point you can get killed by a NPC hollow in the city or in the hollow forest, and when you die pick a path (the paths are random each time so just pick whichever).
If you end up back on earth then great, if you end up in Soul Society then you can either go Shinigami or remake and try again.
So assuming you end up on earth, you then need to get a player or npc hollow to devour you, but make sure you DO NOT get Soul burial'd by a Shinigami player or npc or you'll end up in Soul Society.
Once you get devoured you'll be in Hueco Mundo as a hollow, yay for you.
Training as a hollow:
As a weak hollow you cannot train normally (Logs, Shadow sparring, and Reiatsu Train) unless you have 5000 Strength or 75,000 Stamina.
The quickest way is to spar with another player hollow to get 5000 strength.
Basically you gain strength (And a little Rei, according to Sven) when you attack things, and gain stamina when you are attacked.
If you spar you get both Strength and Stamina, plus EPU's, so obviously that is the best way to go.
Techniques/Evoltuion Guide:
Devour: You gain this after your first EPU (Experience Power Up) as a hollow.
(Note: To use devour you need to go to earth and walk up to Wandering Souls and press the Devour verb. They do run so you'll have to chase them. It's basically just like Soul Burial'ing.)
World Go To: You gain this after your first EPU (Experience Power Up) as a hollow.
Use: You are technically not allowed to use this until you have your first evolution.
(Note: If you do happen to die as a weak hollow, once you get out of the deathbox you will be on earth. To get back to Hueco Mundo you can use World Go To in the school, or use it in the Death Box AFTER the death penalty is up, EVEN IF YOU ARE A WEAK HOLLOW)
First Evolution: Evolves your character into a medium/strong class hollow.
Requirements: Battle Level 250 and 25 devours.
Roar: A technique that stuns the enemies around you that have lower reiatsu.
Requirement: First evolution.
(Note: From what I've seen it's pretty useless because it either doesn't work right or it's just really weak.)
Reiatsu Shower: A weak reiatsu blast that shoots 1 tile forward.
Requirements: First evolution.
Menos Grande Evolution: Evolves you into a Menos Grande.
Requirements: Level 500, 50 Devours and Cert 1.
(Note: I have also heard from some that you need Player Hollow kills, but I'm not sure since I didn't keep track of mine.)
Cero: Shoots a red sphere or reiatsu 1 tile forward from your head.
Requirement: Menos Grande
Arrancar: Your character is turned into an Arrancar by Aizen and his Hougyoku, and you recieve a Zanpakutou.
Requirements: All you really need is Cert 1 and then you can RP with Aizen for Arrancar and then he'll let you touch the Hougyoku.
(Note: According to what I've been told, you don't necessarily need menos or evolution 1, but you won't get Cero or the other techniques and boosts. There are also exceptions where Players can become Arrancar the natural way aka removing their own masks but that is all sort of a mystery.)
Bala: A weak but really fast reiatsu projectile, 1 tile wide.
Requirement: Arrancar.
Reiatsu Release: Basically let's you regenerate your Reiatsu in exchange for fatigue.
Requirement: Level 350 and 2000 reiatsu.
(Note: Even if you have the requirements as a hollow you won't get it until you are an Arrancar. Also, if you didn't know, every race can get it.)
Reiatsu Sense: Click on some one to sense if they have higher or lower reiatsu than you.
Requirement: Level 500, and a certain amount of reiatsu (I think 2000, but not positive.)
Reiatsu Suppress: Basically the opposite of Reiatsu Release. (Note: Some people will not get it because they cannot suppress their reiatsu, much like Zaraki or Ichigo.)
Requirement: Level 600, and probably a certain amoutn of reiatsu (Not sure though.)
Shikai: The release of your Zanpakutou. Arrrancar's only have 1 release unlike Shinigami but it is more powerful then a Shinigami Shikai.
Requirements: Level 1250, Cert 2.
(Note: At this time, the Shikais that are in are: Shawlong, Volcanica, Del Torro, Luppi, Panetera, and cirruci)
Sonido: Arrancar's version of Shunpo (AKA Flash Step)
Requirements: It is usually learned at Shikai.
Upgraded Cero: Cero becomes more powerful.
Requirement: Ajuuca Class/rank.
3 Tile Wide Cero: Your Cero becomes a 3 tiles wide blast.
Requirement: Vasterode Class/rank.
Gillian, Ajuuca and Vasterode Ranks: In this game they are ranks of Arrancar instead of Menos (But by next update it may be updated and fixed for all I know, and I'll have to re-write this >_>)
Gillian Rank: The lowest rank of arrancar.
Requirements:.......arrancar.......
Ajuuca: Upgrades your arrancar class/rank.
Requirements: A hidden amount of devours, and npc hollow kills.
Benefits: Sonido and a more powerful Cero.
Vasterode: The highest class/rank of Arrancar.
Requirements: A hidden amount of devours, and npc hollow kills. (Obviously more than Ajuuca).
Benefits: 3 Tiles Wide Cero
Espada: The top 10 arrancar are the Espada.
Requirement: Be one of the strongest Arrancar and RP with Aizen.
Benefits: You just get a cool rank and authority.
